Although I was surprised by them being punctual, I did not like his billing policy. When I called to find out how much he charged, he told me the rate per hour. But once they finished with the job and I got the invoice for the service, he had failed to inform me of the travel time charge. I was charged an additional 30 min for the travel fee.
