Hello everyone, never do a review when you’re angry. The above post was so not me. After I made this review and drove home, I remember my call from Mr Mitchell. We had a great conversation about my situation and he done everything I ask of the company to do. My car was fixed correctly and I’m one happy camper now. I got scammed at Mitchell Hyundai in ********** ******* Friday. I took my car in for my last complimentary oil change and they suggested that I get my fuel injection system flushed, said he could cause little slivers of metal to get into my motor, ruining it. Of course this sounded horrible, so I authorized the fuel injection flush. This was my last free oil change and they had to get something out of me. They knew this was not a necessary service. I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to Mitchell Hyundai and shared what it was doing. I was told to make an appointment which I did for 5/19/23 @ 7:30 am. **** explained a thorough evaluation/diagnostic was needed in order to accurately find the problem. I didnt receive any feedback until 5/22/23 from ***************** at 12:41 pm, telling me what the problem was and the cost. The text asked if I want to allow them to fix it and I agreed. Bought a used car from them. Added a extended warranty. My 1st week of owning it my engine light came on. Called and they said as long as it drives the same it should be ok. I am now in my 7 month of owning this car and the engine light and matenance light came on. I call to have them look at it and the service man told me I would have to take it somewhere else that they do not have the right equipment to see what's wrong with it. Awful. AWFUL. The man over services department (Mitch) laughed at me. They left the cover to my motor off and did not put oil back in it. They kept it for weeks and had no idea what the issue was. Replaced my battery without telling me even though I had a warranty on the one in it. They told me when I picked it up there was a misfire due to sludge and was still drivable. This was not the case and I had another mechanic look at it and there was no sludge. They also left bolts to my engine lose. I paid them and they didn't eve... read more
