I visited Dr. Horowitz in 2023. The eye appointment was decent but I spent soooo much money on eye glasses that I never received. I called thousands of times, I showed up during working hours. It was a joke. I plan to keep reporting this establishment until my glasses are returned or reimbursed.
I had this Doctor for years I linked him very much
His care was excellent, and I am finally seeing well again thanks to him!
