I can't speak to the quality of the work because it was just completed but I was very unhappy with the tech who came. I had 2 previous appointments scheduled and had taken days off of work to to accommodate them, both times they cancelled on me. I schedule according to my schedule this time as I can't keep taking time off work and the tech showed up an hour and a half early. I had to, very unprofessionally, leave a meeting to let him in and as I tried to explain I was not available he got very snappy, argumentative and lied ... read more
