my appointment was for my annual Medicare wellness visit. My medical history was reviewed including medications, recent tests, immunizations, and ongoing medical problems. I had an opportunity to ask questions. I received satisfactory explanations and helpful suggestions for dealing with current problems--i.e. compression hose for varicose veins. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and openly disrespectful. Would recommend visiting literally any other clinic in Greensboro over this one.
The front desk staff are incredibly rude and openly disrespectful. Would recommend visiting literally any other clinic in Greensboro over this one.
The receptionist at the desk, Dr. Gates' nurse Katrina and Dr. Gates all greeted me warmly and as if they were glad to see me. Dr. Gates asked many questions about my reason for being there and he made good, reasonable suggestions for managing it. I did not feel as if Dr Gates were in a hurry. As always, his manner made me feel cared about and better than when I arrived.
I admire Dr. Swayne more than any physician I've had. He is always in a wonderful greeting mood. He takes his time listening to me about concerns, I have and doesn't hesitate to help me with whatever I am in need of. I've been a quadriplegic for almost 25 years...Dr. Swayne has been my primary physician for the last several years and again does not waste any time treating me for complications due to quadriplegia.

Jessica was incredibly professional and engaged. She asssessed my current treatment and did not hesitate making changes based on my prolonged symptoms. It's been a couple weeks and it appears changes made were sucessful. Appreciate her sound reasoning and expertise in a time of significant need.
