After my doctor quit the practice, they refused to let me choose another one and said I would just have to see whoever they hired to take her place. Another dr. refused to renew a prescription the other dr. had given me. I will go to another practice for sure.

While living in Summerfield NC, my husband and I were patients of Eagle Family Brassfield. We were always pleased with the care we received. Everyone was professional and friendly. We found the phsysicians caring and willing to listen to our concerns.

Couldn't have been any better, really. Dr. Morrow made sure he had full and accurate information, in sufficient detail to subscribe the best approach for me. He really listens and verifies. I like the way he thinks and explains his take on the situation. He doesn't waste any time but he is deliberate and thorough nonetheless. I left with the expectation that I would get well as quickly as possible, because of his approach and decisions.

I transferred from LeBauer after having been a patient for many years. I felt I needed a doctor that was proactive rather than reactive. I am very pleased with Dr. Koirala - he always follows through. As an example, I one day burned the side of my hand with the vapor from a pot of hot soup and did not know how to deal with it. Dr. Koirala and his nurse assisted me and advised me on what to do. Dr. Koirala's nurse called twice after the incident just to find out how I was doing and if I wanted to come in to the office.

Just called to make an apt for a yearly physical, recepcionist was extremely short and rude and said Dr Wolters is booked up until April..definitely switching Primary Physicians. Sad we have such a shortage of AVAILABLE good dr's and such rude admins.

Do not go here unless you want to pay an absurd amount of money! They overcharged for their services and refused to negotiate with me! It turned out to be $80 cheaper to go to a walk-in clinic than using them as a primary care! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

CARE IS PROFESSIONAL BUT THE ATMOSPHERE IS LIKE BEING IN A FUNERAL HOME!! THE RECEPTIONIST DOESN'T SMILE, THE REST OF THE STAFF LOOKS DOWN THEIR NOSE AT YOU AS IF THEY'VE NEVER BEEN SICK A DAY IN THEIR LIFE. THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE $$$ END OF IT. FELT WORSE WHEN AFTER I LEFT THAN WENT I WENT IN. THE FREE STUFF AT WALGREENS IS MORE PLEASENT THAN A VISIT AT EAGLE. JUST PLAIN NASTY PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! -- AARON S. FROM SUMMERFIELD

Find another Doctor's office. The staff at this place is horrible. They run their practice like a big corporation. They are rude, cold and could care less if you were their customer or not. They act like they are doing you a favor seeing you and God forbid you are 5 minutes late for an appointment. Worst customer service ever. If they were in reatail business, they'd be out of business in 30 days!!
