They let my oil tank run dry in the middle of winter. No explanation at all. I pay on the budget so they get their money on time every month, and somehow, after being a customer for 12 years, they didn’t get to me on time, which caused a gasket to blow on my brand new boiler, and leaving me without heat and hot water for hours. Would never recommend.
These people are incompetent. They installed 2 manifolds in a radiant heating system that had been running fine for 20 years, botched it, and now say all the pipes need to be replaced. At best they are incompetent and at worst they're actively scamming people who need heat
Super unprofessional sales person. Would not recommend getting anything quoted - was spoken down to when I started to ask any kind of question about a $10k + proposal that had no information in it. Use someone else and save yourself from a bad experience!!!
