Dr Mitchell Fourman, MD is a great surgeon.I never write reviews,my story need to be told. 1-17-25 was diagnosed with sciatica was prescribed medicine and completed more than 9 weeks nothing helped,I went do Dr for pain management, treated for sciatica l4 l5 said he could get to root of problem, had 3 epidural continued PT no improvement. I was emotional and physically drained.
