Doctor Madison is awesome, Receptionist great. They had no problem calling to remind me of my appointment, no problem calling telling me they were ready. Once I realize they was not my prescription they said they would send them back. A month later they say Oh we called you. No you didn't. Now all of a sudden they have a different number for me. Don't bother to try to make an appointment here...they are "booked until August"
Though initially I was disappointed in glasses that weren't working for me, the office has finally succeeded in making things right. I very much appreciate that.
Gone once a year for a few years now, along with my little sister. They're really nice and tolerate my sisters antics (she gets sad that she has perfect vision). Every pair of frames I've preferred are usually a little pricey, but they do sell cheaper options along with all their name brand glasses. Insurance covers everything they do, so I can't relate to reviews that complain about cost.
