Mitch is a really nice guy but a terrible attorney. He convenced me to take a plea deal in a case that I would have won. He did not show the D.A. Or judge the paperwork I provided to him to fight the charge, he did not review or request the video in which the accused allegation happened.The day of court he told me that he reviewed the evidence with the D.A. That was a lie, he never provided me with the video after asking numerous times. I lost my job and home because he did not do as I asked or uphold his fiduciary responsib... read more

Honestly, I could not be more disappointed with my "service" at this office. It's a shame, considering it's a Domestic Violence office. I trusted Mitch with my time, my story, and my money only for him to do nothing more than file a petition over the course of 6 months. Emails and texts went unanswered. Phone calls to the office to express how serious my situation was (order of protection filed for me and my son) & how much I needed him to contact me, as well as text messages to him directly during this stressful time of nee... read more
Mitch and Abbi were wonderful to work with. Between helping me get an order of protection to helping with my divorce. They made a difficult time in my life a little more bearable.
Worse of the worse, a con artist that will deceive women through the women abuse center the he runs. Most of the time will not answer your phone if you are no more useful to get money…
