Absolutely lovely staff who really helped me out when I needed it.
I called as a new patient with an emergency dental issue. I had informed the receptionist that I have multiple issues and was experiencing severe pain to the extent I had blurry vision. I was not informed that I would not be seeing an actual dentist. Instead, I was booked with a dental therapist who despite being lovely, was not able to do anymore than give me some antibiotics. My mum needed a tooth out and was in pain.The receptionist was absolutely lovely she spoke to the dentist and got us in at the end of day.The nurse was also lovely and caring towards my mums situation as was the receptionist Absolutely beautiful girls. Thankyou again Mitchell Dental Group
