They stand by their contracted build time, saving us thousands in interest expense. Also, they offer any level of customization without charging extra.
Our experience with Mitchell Dean was awful. They are very unprofessional and do not communicate well at all. Paul bacca was very rude to use on several occasions and their former secretary,Heidi, was as unprofessional as they come.They gave us bids from companies and then went elsewhere to get the supply without our consent. The real nightmare, however, started after we closed. We have been getting leins placed on our property because Mitchell dean never paid the sub contractors for their workW!!
