Friendly staff and very good prices
Had a “Boot Device not Found” error—never good! Looked online for someone with good reviews and found Mitchell Computers. Took my computer in to Chris on Monday at noon and he called me 2 hours later to let me know that the issue was fixed and I had lost no information on my computer! Fee charged was very reasonable too. Chris is a very nice guy to work with! I would highly recommend!!!!
I took my laptop to Chris as I had trouble with a full system recovery. The first disc was OK. What I didn't know was the second disk was damaged, which left me with a missing BOOTMGR. I panicked, but calmed down enough to call Chris, and then dropped off my laptop the next day. Chris solved my laptop problem and my laptop is up and running again. Fast too. This guy is great and willing to work with you to solve your problem would recommend him to everyone
Very prompt and knows what he's doing. He solved my laptop's dislocated charger hole in less than a day (a problem I feared to be irreparable) — and this is with me saying that it wasn't priority to finish! At the conclusion he had my AC adapter all nice and wrapped for me — very tidy. He even thoroughly explains his process of troubleshooting, so you really know he cares.
