Been calling everyday Oct. 21-25 asking 4my paperwork 4 labs (my fault should of been done several months ago). They would tell me it's not ready n they would call when it's done (which is fine dont wanna waste time n gas, coming fr the way other side of town). Finally 2day they tell me 2go ahead n come in n it should b ready when I arrive. I come in n the front desk don't know what I'm talking bout tells me 2wait. Excellent care… very thorough!
I have been seeing Dr Ralph since 2017/18. He is the best primary care provider I have had in my life. You can tell he genuinely cares about your well being and wants the best for you. He is kind and patient. He will be my PCP as long as he is a Doctor.
