This is the first doctor that actually sat down with my husband and me, took the time and listened to all of our questions and concerns. No doctor ever took 1h to have a spontaneous conversation and to naturally make you feel understood and valued as a human being. This doctor doesn't behave like every new minute is a chance to make more money with a different patient, which is the case with sooooo many offices.
