My family and I have been going to Dr. Milone’s office since he took over his practice from Dr. Boothroyd nearly 20 years ago. He and his team have provided impeccable service over that time. He is friendly, a good listener, and asks good questions. His office colleagues are, to a person, kind and professional.
You should always go to a professionals like Shoreline Periodontics for an implant or root canal. Well I didn’t. Dr Malone (DDM) did my implant. He was looking at an X-ray to make sure he didn’t hit a nerve. Well he ended up hitting the nerve. Now I am numb from my bottom left side of my lip down to my chin. It has been almost 3 years. If Dr Malone had used a smaller implant this wouldn’t have happened.
Took me when I wasn't his patient and my crown came off. He got me in 3 days. My regular dentist told me I had to wait 23 days for an appt.
This was horrible. He gave me a mouth infection due to him using outdated metal dental instruments. I had to get a tooth pulled due to the infection. Over all a horrible experience.
He and the staff excellent people they treat you like family always have a good laugh with Mitch been going there 10 years never a problem
