We walked in on a whim and ended up driving home in the exact Jeep we wanted. The team showed us what we were looking for right away and answered all of our questions confidently without needing to look anything up. They got us an amazing deal and made the entire process quick and easy. By far the best experience we’ve had in over 40 years dealing with multiple dealerships across different states.
Purchased vehicle with agreement that 2nd key fab would be mailed to me. 2 months later and I have to purchase 2nd key. Also have been asking for the cupholder insert and recently learned that is where you put the key if your key fab doesn't work. Still haven't resolved cupholder issue.
Poor service overall.. simple as that!!
