highly recommended I've purchased three used cars from Mitchell Saab/Volvo and when time permits I return there for service (I live an hour or so away).. they are spectacular, the staff is so friendly and not pushy at all, they remember me and my wife by name, even employees with whom I don't recall dealing with.. I've recommended a number of friends and relatives to Mitchell, Especially to Ozzie, our excellent salesperson.

I have purchased three cars from this dealership (Subarus), but it is unlikely it will ever hit 4. I have had a request in to have a auto body issue taken care of since 10/25 of last year and keep getting the run-around from the clerk. Say they're waiting on a loaner, but she just put my name on the loaner "list" last visit (after two months of waiting). They never call back - even sent in an email on their web site - no response. Keeps saying will be soon but never calls. Very unprofessional. 115 days, nearly 4 months...

I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said "Boycott Mitchell Auto Group" and it reminded me of the time I made an offer on a R32, told to take a hike, and 2 weeks later they sold it for the same amount I offered. These guys are pathetic.

I worked for the Mitchells for 21 years. It was a great place to grow my career. I was treated with nothing but respect and dignity. Wonderful company.

The Mitchell car dealerships are rude, self serving, and unprofessional. We don't recommend any purchase from them.
