I contacted Mitchell and associates 8 days ago. They said they would get back to me. They didn't. I called again yesterday and today. They finally called back. David was very arrogant and said he can't do business with me. He claimed to have emailed me. But i never received an email. I wasted a week waiting on them. I dont recommended using there services.
Not good at listening & taking notes.
Unprofessional in a time of need.
We are planning to buy a house without the help of a bank. My wife called this company to assist with appraisal and the lady who picked up the phone was not friendly and said they don’t have time for that. Not sure what they do? Poor customer service.
