Not good at listening & taking notes.
Unprofessional in a time of need.
We are planning to buy a house without the help of a bank. My wife called this company to assist with appraisal and the lady who picked up the phone was not friendly and said they don’t have time for that. Not sure what they do? Poor customer service.
