Great doctor that listens to his patients
He is a very capable ,caring ,honest optimo;igist , I am not a doctor , but have been on the associate board of hospitals and know my way around , man is tope
dr. mitchell is the most inconsiderate physician i have ever encountered. i needed a cataract operation and when i was on the table he substituted some other doctor in his place. he longer does operations. might as well have gone to wallmart for an eye exam. in another incidence, i had an appointment with him and was told that the doctor did not see patients on fridays. i showed the receptionist the appt card that they filled out that explicitly said friday. the doctor stood behind a pole and did not come out to find out wha... read more
Error after error, made by Dr. Mitchell, and His Staff is without a doubt the most UNFRIENDLY AND LEAST RESPONSIVE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A DR. OFFICE... Dr Mitchell is knowledgeable and trustworthy . Wife and I have been using him over 5 years. Staff courteous also.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Dr. Alan Mitchell prescribed for me an incorrect prescription (1.50 higher than it should be) for both my eye glasses and contact lenses. Based on the prescription given, I bought glasses from The Optique, (the store located at his office) which I can’t use because I can’t see through. I went for a second opinion and got everything straightened out. I requested a refund and my money back for both the exam and the eyeglasses. I just moved to Florida from NY and needed an Ophthalmologist. I had my first appointment with Dr Mitchell today. His staff is great and Dr Mitchell is thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and coming from the medical field he gets 5 Stars ??
