My current tach froze this morning at 1600 RPM. Needless to say I was stuck (pun intended). Susan and the team at Mitchell Aircraft helped me diagnose and resolve my problem. They worked with me to get a new tach in the process as quickly as possible. Anyone with an aircraft knows downtime is the norm. But, if there is someone kind and helpful like Susan was today. They can get you back in the air safely and faster. I appreciate their help and will recommend all my fellow aviators that they use Mitchell whenever possible.
I had a great experience talking to Ash the head tech on the phone he did everything in his power to help me get my plane up and running again and fast as possible. As well as Susan helping to ensure that everything went smoothly. Great customer service!
