My dearest friend just passed away recently. Dr Mitchell was his physician. I assisted in his care for the last several years and have accompanied to several appointments. I didn't look her up intending to write a review but I'm saddened to see she had only one, obviously vengeful review. If this other reviewer was was in such pain the er or urgent care is an option. If she was on with the advice nurse and then waited to talk to the Dr (not her regular Dr) that means Dr. Mitchell was fitting her in. Her mentioning how she wa... read more
Rude, short, no compassion. As an employee of Kaiser, you shouldnt try and make a patient feel as if they have done something wrong when following the advise of the Advise Nurse. And as a Dr, you do not need to let a patient know how rough your day is...after waiting on a phone call for darn near 3 and 1/2 hours, in pain, the patient does not care. Just sayin...so glad this isnt my regular dr.
