I saw Dr. Mitchell Womack today for the first time. He was able to determine what the problem was and the adjustment was very good. He told me the type of exercise I need to do by actually getting on his back on the table and showing me!! So far so good. And after the initial adjustments he said I wouldn't have to come back often, unlike some other doctors.
Dr Mitchell Womack never over does the treatment and I generally get adjusted in one treatment! He takes notes and asks questions to find out what could have happened! He's GREAT!
