They never answers the phone. I have been trying to reshceudle my appointment for two days.
I have know idea what has happened to this practice. I am reading all the reviews and I cannot believe how unprofessional this practice is. My friend had an appointment on Thursday 6-25-2026 at 3:00 we arrive and there are some people standing out front from another office and there is a very unprofessional sign posted on the door. My elderly Dad had an appointment today to check his glaucoma. He goes every 6 months for a checkup. My family has been customers for over 25 years. This was a reschedule from a previously changed appointment supposedly due to a surgery. Showed up early today at Lake Villa. Signs on the doors stating the business moved to Grayslake, 25 minutes away. That's going to be too far to drive. No call, email or text stating the business has moved. Dr Jackson screwed up my eye from surgery so bad I had to find a new doctor. He is terrible-run from this place.
Our family has been coming to Jackson Eye for over 20 years. The pharmacy has been sending requests for a refill of my glaucoma eye drops FOR OVER ONE WEEK. We've left voicemails at Jackson Eye, then yesterday they finally felt like answering the phone. Promised to send the refills right away BUT STILL NO REFILLS today. Answering machine on again today - all day.
