Had a great experience at the location, but then was hit with a bill of over $500 when I came in for a contact / glasses prescription. That's with insurance. I wish I'd done more research into my health insurance, which I thought would have also covered this. Instead, I only got the discount for being in-network.

Be very aware of going to this eyecare place as it is very sleazy and deceptive. I made an appointment simply for an eye exam to get a prescription for my contact lenses a month ahead of time. When I made the eye exam appointment, I was not told that they do not accept vision plan insurance as they are “medical doctors” until I was there on the appointment day. As I needed the contact lens urgently at that point, I ended up paying a much higher co-pay close to $100 than an optometrist, just for a contact lens prescription ey... read more
