Dakota from Mitch Wright came to my house to service my mini split. When he received the notification that there was an issue it was a top priority to ensure the unit was in working order. He performed an assessment of the unit and informed me of the findings, options and costs before moving forward. After the repairs were performed, we reviewed the invoice and he insured I had a copy before he left. I appreciate the consultative approach to the repair and would recommend Dakota to anyone.
I was referred to Mitch Wright by a friend and they did not disappoint. Christine was great with scheduling. Miguel and Juan were incredible. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They showed me how the drain look before and after clean out with their advanced camera system. They were very professional and make me feel at ease. Their professionalism is second to none and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.
Dakota was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a excellent job on our air conditioners. He really deep cleaned and was very serious about his job. If I could give his 10 stars I would. Thanks for outstanding service!!!
Really happy with Aaron and the service he provided for my home’s AC care. He did a thorough job assessing and cleaning my units as well as areas of concern upstairs. Mitch Wright has been good to us and we appreciate it.
