Randall L., Comfort Advisor, came out and gave me a quote for a new system. He was friendly and informative. I let him know what I was wanting and gave me quotes accordingly. Mitch Wright installed my heat pump/condenser almost 10 years ago and has serviced that and my air handler since then. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely a great team! Sabrina got all the details to pass along to the Techs, and even expedited us due to us being a school. Reno and Michael arrived ready to assess the needed repairs. Obvious they know product and repairs both! Had an estimate on the spot, no pressure, just honest and up front integrity.
Shawn arrived early which is unheard of this day and time. Great personality and very knowledgeable of his products recommended 2 units that would work for me with 2 price options. Provided a quote within 30 minutes and a follow up the next day.

They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They showed me how the drain look before and after clean out with their advanced camera system.
