Had a great experience with Mitch Wright so far. Mr Shawn came out on a Sunday to give us a quote for a whole new system. Super thankful for that as my husband and I have crazy schedules. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Didn’t give us any BS which I appreciate. Hope to work with them in the future.
I can’t express enough positive things about this team! They are outstanding in many aspects—extremely friendly, incredibly polite, and they provide excellent service at fantastic prices. As it was time for our annual plumbing check-up, Rico came out and checked all of the faucets in the house, made sure the internal cut-off valves were working, checked the hot water tank and offered a recommendation, and took a look at an Instant Hot Water tap we have in the kitchen that has been giving us problems. The tech, Alexander and his partner, did an awesome job. They were very courteous, professional, and prompt. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Mitch Wright to my family and friends!
