Sean was amazing! I was impressed by his professionalism and clear explanation of heating and cooling systems. He is knowledgeable and highly skilled. Mitch Right Plumbing, Heating and Air is fortunate to have him, because I have dealt with representatives from other such companies over the years. He is the best! Shawn worked diligently and tirelessly to identify the best systems for my home. He presented fair pricing options. On top of that, he scheduled the installation immediately - for the next day! Shawn was very kind and friendly. He immediately put me at ease. I inquired about something that costs much more. He could have sold me that without thinking twice about it. Instead he recommended what we actually needed which saved us a ton of money. I also spoke with the owner who was also very friendly. This company is trustworthy!

I had the pleasure of having Miguel as my technician and he was amazing! From the initial greeting to the end he was very professional, knowledgeable, and offered reassurance. The experience felt like home! He was very understanding and explained everything he thoroughly. I could tell he enjoys what he does offer solutions to home owners and that’s the type of service people look for. I will definitely refer Mitch Wright and tell them to ask for Miguel. Hopefully I won’t need his service again, but if I do I’m asking for him... read more

I am not a contract customer. I hate that these places have started these things. So I get charged ridiculously high charges. I also hated talking to a computer. Quentin was the representative who came out, we talked on the phone . I had him come out. He kind of had an idea what was wrong. He came out fast, repaired my AC unit fast and was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank him again for making Mitch Wright a good name.

I had an excellent experience with my plumbing inspection. Miguel T. was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing both at the beginning and end of the process, which made everything easy to understand. He also provided thorough information that helped me feel confident in making informed decisions about my plumbing. I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to walk me through everything. Highly recommend his services!
