I had the pleasure of having Miguel as my technician and he was amazing! From the initial greeting to the end he was very professional, knowledgeable, and offered reassurance. The experience felt like home! He was very understanding and explained everything he thoroughly. Dakota was professional and thorough, and explained everything in detail. He really went the extra mile to diagnose my system faults accurately. Shawn was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the system functions and some of the components for me to better understand what was needed and what my options were. Both men were personable and patient. I am not a contract customer. I hate that these places have started these things. So I get charged ridiculously high charges. I also hated talking to a computer. Quentin was the representative who came out, we talked on the phone . I had him come out. He kind of had an idea what was wrong. He came out fast, repaired my AC unit fast and was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank him again for making Mitch Wright a good name.
