Mitch has worked with my family on our house sale in Richmond, and later on our home purchase and recent sale of our property in ElCerrito. When it came time to sell, Mitch stepped up to meet the challenge! He acted as consultant and designer on the remodels, and organized all pre-sale prep. I came form NYC and didn't know much about the real estate market in CA. Mitch was amazing in helping me understand the market and ultimately helping me and my puppy find a great home to call our own. Mitch knows the east bay really well and so that helped me an enormous amount in my search. I would highly recommend Mitch for anyone looking to buy in the east bay.
Mitch is extremely personable and was diligent during the sale of my house. He kept me up to date at all times on all of his activities to promote my home, as well as what was going on with home sales in the surrounding area. Even though the sale took longer that initially anticipated (primarily due to rising interest rates), my experience with Mitch was positive and I would highly recommend him as an agent.
