Mitch and his team were nothing but supportive throughout the whole home buying process. Mitch and Alec made time to work around my nightshift schedule. Alicia helped step by step, was thorough, and detailed while under contract and though out the underwriting process. CCM was great to work!

I had the Pleasure of working with Mitch and his team. I was in a very tight window to find a house to purchase. They accepted the challenge and jumped right in. Once we identified the house we wanted the expedited everything they could to meet my deadline. Alicia was my lead point of contact and she didn't miss a beat. First, I will say that whatever work you are willing to put in on your document submission in a timely manner will allow for a quicker closing. Secondly, I worked with Mitch Link, Alicia Barger, Austin Doss and Alec Ruble during my mortgage process. Everyone was tentative, rapid in response and matched my 200% effort in processing my file. Finally, I would definitely recommend this team if someone requires a fast turnaround, BUT you MUST be able to put in the work!!
