Been with them for 15 plus years. Great Agent and goes above and beyond to ensure treated right. Once had them actually deal with an adjuster that indicated I was at fault in an accident. Mitch made the call to fix it. Can not recommend him enough
WORST AGNENT EVER!!!! Told me I was a joke and hung up on me!!! That's customer service for ya!!! Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give any less...what kind of an insurance agent would say that to a customer and put them in tears? Mitch Hanan is that kind!! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy....
