Avoid this company and the owner, Mitch Halpern at all costs. He is very nice and friendly in the beginning. However, once you sign off and enter a contract with him, that facade disappears. My partner and I dealt with Mitch for about a year as tenants. He is the worst landlord we have ever had in our lives. Anytime you ask him to repair things on the property, or bring up that he is not fulfilling obligations under the lease, he tries to manipulate you into feeling guilty because he paid “$XXX” already to fix up the house a... read more
