We were told it would take an hour, but it took longer but they were very good about keeping us informed about what was going on and they paid for the oil change since it took longer they they had said. I have had good service with them and hope to continue to go and get the maintence done there.
Craig Horton was great. He explained all the new features GMC has added to 2014 Sierra, the truck was clean and full of gas when I arrived. All I had to do was sign and drive it home.
