We arrived as scheduled to buy the the 2024 cadillac only to find that the car wasn't at the dealership. They were informed ahead of time that we were on a tight schedule . All necessary lnformation had been provided the day before. When the car arrived it was in a mess. After 4 h of waiting for it to be cleaned we took the car and drove the 200 miles back home. Then it took. 5 hours to finish cleaning the car to what you would consider minum for a new car delivery.
Ready for me at appt time. Friendly Helpful staff.
