Mitama Met a couple friends for sushi and sake on a Thursday night. I've been to a few neighborhood japanese restaurants like this in different cities (we're usually the only customers there at one time), and this one seemed to have a good dinner crowd.
RecommendedGreat food. Sushi is fantastic, but so is the teriyaki and the ramen. Hard to choose!

Good food. Cool location. Unfortunately the service is consistently below acceptable. Servers only take one table order at a time and provide all extraneous meal items to that table before moving on. Strange and ineffective protocol. If the restaurant is close to full, expect a 40 minute wait for food.
Great neighborhood restaurant, delicious rolls and wonderful miso soup. Nice sake bar and selection as well!
