I would give 0 stars if I could! Dr Patel and her receptionist are cruel and heartless. You can be good at diagnosing a problem but a doctor with no compassion is the worst doctor in the world. I called to move my appointment one day because my kids 6 and 9 tested positive for the flu the day before … the receptionist (who always seems to not know where she is) tells me that I have to pay $50 dollars because it’s last minute. The worst experience in doctor office with front desk staff and doctor Patel as well. I felt mistreated by arrogant , dishonest answers by office stuff , while I was in severe back and foot pain not able to walk.. My appointment time past 1.5 hour was scheduled I was still sitting in waiting room requesting explanation why other people who came much later then me , were called inn, ,received advise to go for walk outside , not to cause a trouble.
I was late 20 minutes because of my before appointment and last time I was early and I wait 1 hour but the lady in front desk taking before the lady who have 5 number because she is her skin color and for me put in the last she taking patients by her own one lady has baby other is old only me as a Indian and 20 mutate put me last no she can’t do it because other patients is new and they filling the paper work that’s not fair I never go here
Dr. Patel is very attentive, listened to my my concerns and gave me a clear and concise diagnosis. The office staff is wonderful as well.
I can say that Dr. Patel and her team are very friendly , provide very good service I am very satisfied with the service she has given me ,amazing Dr
