I like how Mita and Omkar, two of the worst jewelry stores in Jackson Heights, are right next to each other. Birds of a feather! The employees and owners are both so rude and disrespectful. Their behavior is absolutely unacceptable and they should not be running a business. Do not support these people and go save your money somewhere else there is plenty of better gold stores in Jackson Heights. WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING DONOT BUY JEWELRY FROM HERE I REPEAT DONOT. YOU CAN TRY GOING TO AMBA OR KUNAL JEWELERS THEY ARE REALLY GOOD BUT THIS PLACE SUCKSSSSSSSS!!!!! Owner & Employee both are rude. Customer service bad. Exchange policy completely unacceptable. They charge making cost Within 18 hours exchange items. I will recommend don’t go this store . Store Rating 0/10..
