Tom is the technician that has come to help with after hours boiler issues both last year and today. Very knowledgeable and honest with questions that I asked. Was glad he was the one who was on call tonight when I needed service. Great person and technician!
Nobody wants their furnace to stop working when it's single digits outside. I thought for sure my 26yr old furnace was on its last legs. I was hoping to make it to Summer before thinking about replacing it. Misurelli Sorenson team scheduled a visit quickly, arrived on time and the tech was able to make a small repair to get me through the winter. Can't recommend this place enough! Five stars every time I've needed them!
