They are great never had better service any where else and the high quality juice is amazing thanks guys
Amazing place! The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful (especially for someone who knew nothing about vaping but wanted to make the switch from cigs!). They have made it easy for me to feel comfortable enough to come in, try new flavors, and leave with all these extra goodies because of the excitement. I highly recommend this place! You guys are awesome :)
Wanted to place my order and pick it up in the store later in the day when I got off work. I received a quick reply on this FB page that it was possible. Called on my lunch break and spoke with Anthony at the Westgate Rd location. He was awesome! Very nice, new exactly what I was asking for and was nice enough to run the order while I was on the phone. This place is definitely the place to go in Raleigh/Durham! The customer service is just off the chain. A few month ago my partner and I purchased 4 kanger pens, tanks, and juice to go with it. On mother's day my partner bought me the new kanger aero tank. 3 out of the 4 pens died using the thank. I got a new coil, new charger and still nothing... Today I went and talked to Mark.
