I have never been disappointed with service, staff or hours of opperation. As a matter of fact I go there and have such good experiences that a few people actually know what I'm there for and head straight to my juice when they see me. I had an issue with one of my mods that started to go on the fritz. I had the mod for about 5 weeks and although Misty Mountain could not give me a full refund (which is understandable) they did however give me a discount on the same mod which has been operating properly for 3 months now.
