This rental was a complete let down... worst experience ever. Room was tiny with no real chair expect poufs and stools; no table to eat or work; kitchen was defective: faucet would not turn; old and dangerous gas stove; microwave oven on top of fridge could fall any moment, was blocking cupboards. No AC but a big fan that was blowing on your face all night long. Could not open the window during the night due to traffic noise as room was barely 10 feet from main road. We stayed at the Hideaway Suite. Good location, plenty of space, and good service from the staff. However most of the light were very cold LEDs which made the space feel like an office when lights were on. We also would’ve appreciated shades for the lamps instead of bare bulbs. The biggest downside was the non-master bathroom that was full of larvae that were coming out of the drains. After a long day on the road, we arrived tired and ready to relax. We were looking forward to spending a couple of nights in Estes Park. Jamie made our stay even better than we expected! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. The handwritten welcome card in our room was such a thoughtful touch too! This place is within walking any Estes Park downtown shops and right across the street from the Big Thompson river. We caught some beautiful trout several times before and after hiking Rocky Mountains Park trails.
Comfortable bed open room with small kitchen. Walking distance to the town.
