Rude staff. I went to get a refund for bad moldy flowers (Blue Iguana). They didn't want to refund me, saying it was not their problem. I had to insist on the fact that they've sold me moldy flowers, and as a customer, I had the right to get a refund. I'm a regular client, and they've made lots of money with me over the last 2 years.
