Finding Misty has been a game changer! Misty is intuitive, knowledgeable, and genuinely tailors the session to what your body needs on any given day. You can tell she truly cares about long-term healing and functional movement. Her approach to bodywork is unlike anything I've ever experienced and I can't recommend her enough! If you're dealing with chronic pain, old injuries, or need real structural work done rather than just a basic relaxation massage, I cannot recommend Misty enough!
