Outstanding patient care. Dr. Littleton helped my loved one so much. Extremely thorough, patient and methodical. She is a professional that treats individuals AS unique individuals. Shes NOT a hearing aid salesman. This lady was answered prayer.
Misty Littleton had inappropriate manner or attitude toward me and my mentor because we are black and deaf, She rolled her eyes and waited impatiently when my mentor wrote down about my vocational rehabilitation counselor. I caught her talk to my mentor like ghetto or treated us like stupid cattle. Also Misty told us white lie that she has lot of patients in the rooms and I don't have time for this. It was not professional and very rude. I do not accept her service.
