Dr. Hsieh has been our doctor for 17 years. She is the best out there. God blessed us with finding her when my son was 3 years old. He is 20 now. I have several health problems as well as my son and she has always been super attentive. She has a big heart and genuinely cares about you as a person. She listens when you talk and offers multiple ways to help you. She is the Gold Standard! My family will always follow her wherever she practices. I can't say enough good things about her. She is such a blessing!!!
Dr. Hsieh has been my primary care provider for several years now and frankly, I've never been in better hands. She takes as much time as needed in order to listen intently, diagnose accurately and ensure I understand her feedback/diagnosis. For bonus points, Dr. Hsieh has the very best "bedside manner" you could wish for. I trust Dr. Hsieh completely. My health and living my best life are clearly priorities with Dr. Hsieh and I am very grateful for her and for the entire Mercy team at the Moore Clinic.
Over medicates. Doesn’t necessarily listen to each patient individually and give a conscious effort to understand what they’re experiencing with their health concerns. Just give a pill and it’ll magically solve everything. No. It zombifies you to a state that you can’t function the way a human is intended to.
Misty Hsieh WAS my PCP for a very long time. UNTIL the mRNA COVID inoculation became available. When I said I wasn't taking it, she INSULTED me! The next visit, she attempted SHAMING me, as well as asking me to complete an advanced directive because "I would die of COVID". Well I had COVID TWICE, as did my husband. Obviously, neither of us are DEAD, nor did either of us require medical care. Dr. Hseih (pronounced Shay) is the BEST PCP I’ve ever had. Bedside manner is excellent, as well as her expertise and genuine care. She is prompt to respond to messages on the portal and to discuss test results. From the front desk, to the MA/nurse, to the lab techs- every appointment is a pleasant experience. Getting established might be a long wait (as with any good doctor, currently) but then it’s easy to get in for a sick appointment or routine checkup. I highly recommend Dr. Hseih.
