Fernando handled my car problems him and the mechanics were awesome . Honest and up front about everything. Did learn the hard way do not go third party warranty . Honda is amazing customer service every time
The worst customer experience I have ever encountered was here. When I requested to speak with the manager, he dismissively said, "We don’t care, and we won’t fix it. Find someone else to handle it for you." Like, what the hell?
