Terrible customer service. Why book appointments back to back when it takes 3 hours to cut hair? Y'all need to learn how to stagger appointments. Noone has 3 hours to just sit in a shop waiting for a chair. Seems like the barbers don't know how to cut hair if it takes three hours to do a basic haircut. Don't book appointments back to back if you know you are slow as hell.
