Staff is really rude and they dont listen to what you asked for.
Worst service by that tattoo guy. Disrespectful person.
The Japanese guy that works there is great (Tuesday). He cut my toddlers hair twice and his service and cut is impeccable. I would give him 5 stars but The guy that works on Sundays and Mondays refuses to cut toddler hair if they cry. I understand that but he wouldn’t even try. Customer service needs to be more understanding. This is the second time I went there to get his haircut hoping the Japanese guy was working m. instead we went to the cheaper place downstairs and the female barber did a great job.

Toshi, is an amazing barber who provides great customer service and is goated at cutting hair. Ive been a waiting for him to come back on days as Toshi is one of the best barbers in Brisbane no joke
