This has not been a good experience. Once the company came out to install (windows in hand)they informed me that they would cut my siding and trim around my windows with plastic that would look nothing like the trim of my entire house. I have a cedar home - Before you purchase windows make sure that they explain to you what they intend to do. I had to have someone else finish the siding and trim because I lost faith that would care for home because they wanted to do such an unacceptable solution. So now I have waited weeks f... read more

Experience from start to finish was ez and professional. Val the sales rep was great and the installation crew led by Carlos was quick, neat and extremely knowledgeable. The installation manager Michael followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Great job well worth the cost.
