Lack of follow through is a severe issue. The actual tree removal they performed went fine for me, so I referred them to my neighbor. There was a slight delay with the removal of my debris, but weather wasn't great so no big deal. They removed a huge tree for my neighbor 3 days ago and voluminous debris is still blocking part of our street, with no sign of them working to clear this as of now.
