It started off great, super friendly and kind BUT…. I Specifically asked for all unused parts back to take for myself. After loading my old transmission into my truck I noticed I was Missing transmission pan bolts and I had to ask for them (their $18/each) Was trying to put some back in while half in the bay half outside just loaded up the old transmission. Massive thank you for taking my car on short notice to address a sudden issue. Everyone was terrific and helpful.
