amazing experience! I recently brought my 2018 GMC Sierra to Mr. Transmission, Matt was amazing to deal with, my truck was having issues with the torque converter shutter over 100km/h and a hard shift between 1st and 2nd gear. Matt and his team did a rebuild on the transmission, explained everything in detail and had different options and they were extremely patient and understanding when it came to warranty, and picking/dropping off the truck! definitely a happy customer!!!!
I recently had my car into a shop to replace my wheel bearing, I got a call that a seal on my transmission needed to be replaced and was leaking and would need to go to a transmission shop, which caused some stress as it’s a month before birthdays/christmas. I had a great experience.
Happy with the outcome! Recently my GMC Sierra developed transmission problems. Engine light on dash confirmed a transmission temp sensor failure. It also had dreaded Chevy shutter at slow speeds. Other shops wanted to charge me just to diagnose the problem. Mr. Transmission did so at no cost! Matt was great. He explained my options and didn't pressure me into the $8000 rebuild. I found Matt and his team about 5 years ago after researching the best transmission place in town. My experience was so good I asked if they can do other work for me and they can. They are now my #1 choice for all things auto repair. Friendly, competent, and very fairly priced, we have yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommend! Ps: just had rotors and pads all around done for $600 cheaper than the quote from the dealer (queen mary and bath) gave us when we forced to go there for some warranty work.
