I recently brought my 2018 GMC Sierra to Mr. Transmission, Matt was amazing to deal with, my truck was having issues with the torque converter shutter over 100km/h and a hard shift between 1st and 2nd gear. Matt and his team did a rebuild on the transmission, explained everything in detail and had different options and they were extremely patient and understanding when it came to warranty, and picking/dropping off the truck! definitely a happy customer!!!!
I recently had my car into a shop to replace my wheel bearing, I got a call that a seal on my transmission needed to be replaced and was leaking and would need to go to a transmission shop, which caused some stress as it’s a month before birthdays/christmas.
